How to stop/control/overcome Sleep during Day?

Usually I sleep 6-8 hours in the night. But I am feeling sleepy, dozing during office hours because of which I am not able to concentrate on my work. Due to which the work is getting delayed, important things are not getting into my mind. I am losing focus.
I have tried with cups of coffee, chewing gums, eating one popcorn at a time. But nothing worked :-(.
