How to spot a miscarriage?

I suspect that I had an early termination, or miscarriage. I started bleeding one day very very lightly. Little cramping and it lasted for almost 13 days. Nothing about it felt like a period. It was just a light drip, and it would not stop! I took a natural herbal formula and it stopped the next day (I believe in natural medicines). Anyway, I am just wondering if I may have had a miscarriage. I don’t have tender ***** any moreso than usual. No metal mouth. some nausea but how do you know wha’s real from what’s imagined? Might I have miscarried early in pregnancy?
