Are there any “natural ways” to increase fertility?

My husband and I have just “officially” started trying to get pregnant with #2. I don’t feel the need for fertility medicine/treatments at this point, but I would like to do all I can to increase my chances at getting pregnant. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!!
Also- about ovulation predictor tests- what are those all about? Do they really detect ovulation in enough time to get pregnant? (I don’t know much about having to “try” at getting pregnant- our first was a big surprise…lol.
